A message from the team.

For more than twenty years, we've stood behind the counter of convenience stores and gas stations. We've closed out registers at 11 PM. We've chased missing fuel deliveries. We've fought with software that promised the world and delivered a half-finished spreadsheet.

Every back-office tool we tried fell short in the same way: it was built by people who had never actually run a store. They hadn't lived the late-night reconciliation. They hadn't watched a tank go dry on a holiday weekend. They didn't know which numbers actually mattered.

So we built our own. Not as a side project, not as a feature roadmap on a slide. As the way our own stores would run. We sweated every receipt-level decimal, every tank reading, every loyalty discount that the manufacturers wanted scan data for. We made sure the numbers on the screen would always tie back to the ticket that produced them.

That's what AMS Back Office is. It's software that does what we wished software did for us — back when we were the ones in the apron.

We're small on purpose. The person who picks up the phone is also the person who can fix what you called about. If you pick a number on our contact page, you reach a real human in Central Time, the same time zone as the stores we serve.
