Delete your myShift account

You have two ways to delete your myShift account. The in-app option is faster; the form on this page is here for when you can't sign in.

Preferred

Delete from the app

Open myShift and sign in. Go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete account and confirm. Because you're signed in, we can verify it's you and start the deletion right away.

Backup

Submit this form

Use this if you can't sign in. We'll verify your identity by email before deleting anything and follow up within 3 business days.
